Freshman, William Felton recorded the first double-double of his career as Millbrook used big first and third quarters to dispatch of Enloe, 76-42.
The Wildcats took a 4-2 lead early, and proceeded to go on an 16-0 run to end the first quarter, leading 20-2 after eight minutes of play. Felton, Matthew McInytre, and Phillip Burwell each scored four points in the frame.
Millbrook took a 36-11 lead into halftime. Isaiah Lewis scored the first four points of the period, and Felton added another basket.
Jabari Brown ruled the third quarter. The senior guard poured in seven of his 12-points in the third, giving Millbrook a 58-25 lead.
Sam Hood and Nolan Dorsey helped fuel an 18-point fourth quarter, and propel the Wildcats to a 34-point win. With 12-seconds remaining in the fourth, Felton grabbed his 10th rebound of the game for the first double-double of his career.
As a team, Millbrook grabbed a season-high in rebounds for a second straight game. After pulling in 40-rebounds on Tuesday night, the Wildcats grabbed 41-boards.
Millbrook moves to 5-3 on the season, 2-0 in the Cap-7 Conference. Enloe falls to 0-10 on the season, 0-2 in the conference. The Wildcats face one of its toughest battles of the season next Tuesday when it takes on undefeated Leesville Road at home. Tip-off are scheduled for 6:30 PM. Admission is $5.
